Its under the back seat
Rear seat passenger side pull up seat bottom. May not be a radiator cap on that model? Just over flow tank access.
I also have a 2003 I do all the work on myself. The batter is under the rear bench seat pull forward and up at the same time to remove it. Fyi there is also a fuse box under the rear seat. The radiator cap is just above/ behind the grill left side ( while looking at the car from the front). To remove it just turn it left till it stops then push Down pretty hard and turn left again and that frees it up to be removed. {black}:sweaty:
