I shut it off to go in the gas station and tried starting it like a minute later and when I went to start it up it stalled during startup. Cranked it after it stalled and fired right up. It seems to stall during startup if I shut it off recently enough. What could cause this? I did not fill the gas up at all if that matters
Well you have to figure out if the engine is flooding out or whether it has no fuel at all. So when you do start it up have someone go to the back of the tailpipe. If you smell a bunch of gasoline, it's flooding itself out from leaking fuel injectors or fuel pressure regulator or something. If it doesn't smell of gas at all then it's not getting any fuel which is often sign of a weak fuel pump where electrical failure not sending power to the pump
