Scotty I just bought a 2003 Toyota Corolla with a manual transmission and 131,000 miles for 1,100 dollars. The car seems well maintained but has a very low idle. In neutral without touching any peddles the car runs at 800RPMs and the car vibrates a lot. I hooked a scan tool up and it does not show a misfire code. Any ideas as to what might be causing this?

Possible vacuum leak. Check all vacuum hose fittings and connections. 800 rpm at idle is fine, but it should be smooth.
