Hey Scotty. I have a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan with 3.3L Engine. My AC compressor went out so I bought a new one and a new dryer and I put it on, charged it.. AC works great..
Problem is .. after I put it on.. all kinds of crazy stuff happens.. first I started getting Erratic or incorrect speedometer readings.
Abnormal (automatic) transmission shifting and speed sensor codes
Codes I got were P0608 and P0700... so I started checking to make sure I did not leave anything unconnected.
Although I only took out the Alternator and the AC Compressor when I took it apart.
So today I decided to clean connectors to sensors and put them back in.. and now the battery says it won't charge and got two codes.. P0605 and P0700
Someone told me it could be something wrong with the pack that the spark plugs connect to, but why would this happen all of a sudden..
I don't think its that pack by the way.. just a thought of what someone told me due to them having same van.
I disconnected the battery when I worked on the van so I know I did not short anything out..
Dunno man.. anything can help right now.. 🙁
Well taking off the compressor alternator you all kinds of things were in the way you had to get out you probably broke a wire or one of the sensor connectors look closely and if you're good with test equipment check all the wiring and sensors to see if they have the correct voltage and resistance
