2003 Honda Odyssey
Wen I am turning the steering wheel a few times my car stalls I check the alternater & battery both are good

Battery and alt load tested? Monitor voltage when this occurs. If good, I'd start with cleaning IAC valve as it's likely sticking due to carbon buildup and not increasing fuel/air needed to keep the car running when it is loaded for the power steering hydraulic pump and hence stalls.
yes common problem on these era of odyssey pull off the intake manifold and inspect the EGR port
