My 2003 Lexus rx300 has 227k miles and runs like a champ although it has a minor head gasket leak. It has had this leak for awhile and I’m not sure if the previous owner did anything. I’ve had a couple people tell me not to add any bars head gasket sealer and to not try and fix something that’s running good. Should I put some in just as a precaution? Will it potentially hurt anything?

I would use the bars head gasket sealer the one that cost about $30 or so not the cheap one
