Hi Scotty. My friend has a 2003 Mitsubishi Ecilpse GT, V6 convertible. It's running really off, and it'sconcerning if it's safe to drive anymore. It's hard to explain, but everything in the car surging, while making this weird noise. I'll have the YouTube link to the video below. Thanks!

Well start by low testing the battery and alternator could be as simple as a worn out alternator
