I replaced spark plugs and coil packs, cleared the code, drove about 60 miles car felt good, everything was ready, had it smog, it passed. At 140 miles engine light back on, same code, rough when i accelerate, before i work on it, I could hear that sound like a vacuum leak when slowing down, did not here it after doing packs and plugs, weird, after light came back on I hear vacuum leak when slowing down, I will do a visual check tomorrow again,

It's probably a vacuum leak.
