My 2003 Monte Carlo turn indicators stopped working. When I use them, there is a buzz coming from the hazard switch, and the seatbelt light starts blinking and the blinkers don't work. ( hazards work fine ) I have checked the fuse, changed the turn signal assembly on the steering column, changed the hazard switch, checked all bulbs and checked the ground wires on the front drivers headlight.
I might add that I recently (last week ) changed the lower intake manifold. last week, however this did not occur until a week later. It happened when I started it one time and has been like this since. Any suggestions?

Check the proper relay for function.
