2003 Nissan Pathfinder 3.3

The timing should be 8 to 10 idle at it's 10 to 25 I think it's a timing belt jumped because smells like rotten egg's

How old is the timing belt?

Then it's time to replace it regardless of whether it is the cause of this particular problem or not.
