Ac, windows, radio and turn signals sometimes don’t work unless I hit the right side of the radio console

sounds like you have a loose connection inside the dash
Yeah but could it be with the resistors or the blower?

It's doubtful a bad resistor would cause it. Check for a loose wire/ground in particular.. dash-smacking isn't good for the dash.
