I have a 2003 Saab 9.5 with a 2.3 l engine. Does not smoke, until you decelerate fast then blows all kinds of blue smoke out the tailpipe. Example if you're driving down the interstate at 70 mph and let off the gas immediately it blows all kinds of smoke out the tailpipe. If you're in town and driving a normal speed and let off the accelerate then it will smoke

Sounds like worn valve guides or worn valve stem seals. I think if it was turbo seals you'd be seeing smoke all the time.
