All right so long story short. The rat got in my car while I was fishing in Biloxi. It cranks but won't start... I've gone through diagnostics. No fuel, no spark, no check engine light, and no codes. So I miss diagnosed because I didn't realize that the rat had chewed through my wiring harness. I have changed out my fuel pump and my crankshaft position sensor and I had swapped ecu's at one point in time. So i pulled the dashboard and started tracing wires. I finally have a check engine light put back together in the correct order. Still no start... put a scanner on it, but no codes... however, the entire emission system is supposedly bad..
