Hello,
No overheating issue has ever occurred, but radiator always needing coolant as well as reservoir. Did preventative maintenance radiator flush (added Prestone flush + cleaner ran car for 100miles then flush with demin water 5times till clear), thermostat change and hoses changed still having same issue with coolant level, check oil dipstick it looked fine so I changed oil as well it was close to needing changing anyway. SO PLUZZLED or clueless with this. Any recommendations would be very appreciated.

Hello,
you probably have a leak somewhere or the engine is burning coolant. If second, the head gasket is probably blown.
Check out a Scotty's video about finding leaks

Good luck!
There are only two possibilities: it's either leaking coolant or burning coolant. It cannot be anything else. Get a test kit and you'll probably find that your head gasket is on the way out. If you do get a rebuilt head and a new gasket, I strongly recommend replacing the stock head bolts with ARP studs.
Change your pressure cap
