Hey scotty
I have a 2003 Toyota hiace petrol 4 cylinder with a idle issue. The idle stays high no matter if cold or hot, it does not go down when the van warms up unless I physically screw in the idle screw to lower the revs after it’s warm. Is this a idle air control valve issue?
