I have a 2006 toyota avalon xl when refueling the gas pump keeps cutting off. I believe my vents my be clogged or a bad evap canister. Maybe bad vent on gas tank. Or maybe bad fuel neck. How do i go about diagnostic of this problem instead of jus replacing parts

Most likely clogged vent in line. Hopefully the evap canister is not toast. Guess i try to pull of the hose that connects to gas tank to canister blow compressed air to see if its clooged. Thanks
