I have a 2003 Matrix with the famous 1ZZ oil consumption issue with about 145,000 miles. Losing about 1 quart every 3,500 miles. Would BG 109 EPR “flush” helps me out with the piston ring issue that plagues these models?

No flush can often make it worse and burn more oil that is not very much oil it's a tiny amount I would not worry about it
