I see a 2003 Toyota Tundra 4.7 V8 2xwheel drive for $4,700. The truck diagnostics show an evap code, according to the seller. 118k miles. Is this a good deal?

A lot can happen to a vehicle in 22 years. You need a good mechanic to check it out before buying to determine whether it's a good deal.
