2012 Jeep Compass with over 125,000 miles. Trailing arm is rusted. Every bushing in the back is squeaking. Should I run away while I can? Everything else seems fine with no current codes.

That depends on how bad the rust is. Though those are not the most reliable vehicles in the world so it would not be a bad idea to start thinking of replacement regardless.
