2004 Cadillac Deville fuel pump relay is there a right way to install didn’t look at the diagram on the side of relay ,,,will it face towards the front of the car or the rear of the car?

That was my thought at first but I looked up the relay on rockauto.com and it appears to be symmetrical with the blades the same size and evenly spaced. (Gotta love GM!)
What I would probably do since the relay shows which is the coil and which are the internal contacts figure out from a wiring diagram or electrical testing which way the relay goes. (Assuming it's not marked in the socket.)
@chucktobias actually paying attention to pin numbers, you'll notice that no matter which way you spin it, the coil and switch land in the same sockets. polarity doesn't matter. GM was thinking.
Good call, I didn't look at it that closely. We can give GM credit where credit is due on this one.
