2004 Honda Civic transmission slipping after car warms up

Hello there scotty, i have an issue with my 2004 honda civic, its starts and drives but after 10-15 minutes when the car warms up, it revs but behaves like it's in neutral and does not move like it should.

Please help!

I assume you have automatic transmission. Did you inspect the transmission fluid?

Already changed the fluid twice
