I’m writing here today to ask about my 2004 Honda CR-V EX it’s an automatic and has around 237 thousand miles on it, so when I turn on the car I hear no sounds but as soon as I put it in drive and start moving it makes this awful clanking sound the sounds like it’s coming from under the car around the transmission/ front end of the car, I’ve had a couple of problems with the car and another problem I face is when I step on the brake the wheel moves and shakes but if I lean my foot into it no movement or shaking. When getting up to around 10 or more miles per hour the sound starts up and basically sounds like I have a model T inside of the car.

That sounds like CV joint/Axle type of noise. If you have a mechanic you trust have him look it over. There are some "Scotti" videos where he jacks up the car wiggles and rotates the front tires to figure out whats wrong. The car is 18 years old so it definitely time to inspect the drive train components anyway.

Yeup sounds like CV axles and/or the driveshaft going to the rear assuming you have AWD.
