I have a 2004 Honda Pilot with 219k miles. As soon as I start the engine there is a 2-3 prong knocking sound. I replaced the engine mounts and the belts. It drives and shifts fine. No lights are on. I did a scan tool analysis which came back with an Evap hose code. I don't think it's related. What could it be?

The knocking sound may come from the lifter of the valves. Either case, it’s an expensive job to repair. I would live with it and change oil every 5k miles, and use some Lucas engine oil additive in every oil change.
