I've recently watched a Scotty's video about Toyota engine oil burning problem as they age. Is it still a problem for newer Toyotas? Especially the Camry I'm planning to get a new one.

No, the last oil burning vehicle was the 2013 Matrix, and the 2009 model year for the Camry.
The affected engine was the 2.4 2AZ-FE I4, and some reports on the 2.5 I4 that replaced it but in the same generation. 2012+ ones don't have any such problems. Newer Camrys have more transmission problems than engine problems.

The wife's 2015 Camry XLE 4-cylinder hasn't burned a drop in 75k miles.
