2004 infinity g35….my radio/ ac buttons dont work, my ac is on and blowing cold but I have no control on temperature or fan…what is this

For my experience it's usually a failure of the wiring inside the dash. I would start by checking ground wiring inside the dash and pray it's a bad ground wire and parade that it's not something like the body control computer module. Is that ultimately operates both of those devices?

So it doesn’t have anything to do with fuses?
Scotty doesn’t answer follow up questions, but maybe another member can help out.
