I have a 2004 kia sorento 3.5 LX. This car consumes so much fuel and am lost at what to do to have this solved n corrected. My name is Richmond from Nigeria.

A Kia over two decades old could have any number of problems. More information is needed.
Was your mileage better in the past? (The 3.5 is not a particularly economical engine.) What is your current miles per gallon? Stop-and-go driving or highway? Is it a 4WD or 2WD model? Manual transmission or automatic?
What diagnostic steps have you taken so far? Have you checked wear items such as air filter and spark plugs? How many miles on the vehicle (as requested in the posting instructions)?
