Scotty, I bought a 2004 ES 330 for my son. $6500, 123k. I replaced the timing belt, new brakes and tires. The car is very clean and runs great. There are no issues with the transmission and shifting, but I wonder, should we have the transmission fluid changed or flushed and changed? Thank you so much!

Yes, I would drain and fill (not flush!) the transmission fluid/filter now. Keep the old fluid just in case.
Be sure from now on you change the fluid/filter every 40,000 miles.
