Hey Scotty. We have a 2004 Toyota Sienna LE minivan, 303,000 + miles on it running smoothly and happy with it since we first bought it in 2004.
Over the last year or so, it seems like the fan for interior heating and cooling just stops running, or slows down then speeds up, then starts working again a few days or weeks later. Never a problem with the fan for the passenger (rear) section, just the front.
have you seen or heard this before? Any ideas and approximate would you guess to fix (like I said, we’ve had the van for 19 years and 303K miles and never had a major repair expense before).

It would be no surprise for 2-decade-old fan motor that's been in use for hundreds of thousands of miles to be wearing out.
