2004 sienna what major maintenance costs should i expect

Ok, I'm about to purchase a 04 sienna with 133 miles. Priced well in my area.

From what I've been told, it's been regularly maintained, but no major parts replaced. Owner (original since 2004) doesn't know if timing belt has been replaced. Is this about right:

So timing belt and water pump will go -- $500-700?

New brakes $200?

Spark plugs $500?

Anything else I'm missing for just regular old-age maintenance, ie past 100K miles?

thanks

Well, I had an 01 Sienna from 0 to 200K miles, and those three things were the only major maintenance items I had. Of course, tires, wiper blades, oil changes ,a batter every 5 years, and the like happened. One of the electric "way back" windows stuck open  - it needed lubrication. One nice thing about minivans - generally people drive them a little more gently than other cars - and their insurance rates reflect tht.
