should I change transmission fluid on an F150 with 150,000 miles? I don't want the transmission to go bad, and I don't want it to slip. If I change The fluid do you recommend Lucas stop slip to prevent any slipping?

If the transmission is working fine, you should be OK.
You need to change the AT filter, so drop the pan. Keep the old fluid in case there's any issues.
Don't use additives to prevent anything.

When was the transmission fluid last changed - do you recall? And how does the fluid look?

The fluid is brown, I believe it is supposed to be a reddish tint. There are no previous records of the transmission being serviced. I bought the truck used, and the only fluid change have been engine oil.
