Hi Scotty, I have a 04 camry 2.4l that had no throttle response so I found that the motor was bad in the throttle body so I put a new one on it and now I get major flooding when it starts and eventually fouls the plugs. I've changed coils, plugs, injectors, fuel pressure regulator. I even bought a used throttle body out of the junk yard and still the same effect. When I put new plugs in it it will start and I can keep it running by giving it gas in the 2500 3500 rpm range but will die if I let off the gas and a few starts later it wont start due to fouled plugs. I've pulled the valve cover and checked timing and its good and also compression test 155psi on all cylinders. I'm lost! Thank you for your time .

First I'd never use used parts on those fuel injection systems you just creating a bigger mess. That's sad if you're near Clarksville Tennessee I could check it out personally I'd have to do all kinds of scanning and analysis of data to try to figure out what was going on
