Have a chance to buy Celica with 50000 miles on it for $7000 , any issues with these cars?

A 17 year old car with only 50K miles, I don't think so. Is this from a dealer or private party? Instructions ask for year, make, model, trans type and if buying from private party or dealer. Please provide this information.

I would pass because of the oil sludge issues on this car.
