2004 Volvo s60
My car will not start at first when you turn the key theirs nothing on the dash display says “start suspended, try again.” after three or four times it will turn over but still not search. There is no spark getting to spark plugs. there is fuel in the Fuel rail . that’s all I know can you help me get my car is dirty

From what you're describing ("start suspended" message) it may be an electronic key or immobilizer problem. See the site FAQ section on diagnosing a no-start problem and let us know if you need further assistance.

any warning lights on the dash?
I would get it scanned with professional diagnostic tool
