Scotty I recently purchased a 2005 Buick LaCrosse from my neighbor with 15,000 original miles. It has the 3800 series 3 engine. The oil was changed, new air and cabin filters, and new tires. For a car that old and little use is there any preventive maintenance I should do? Oh, I checked it with a OBD II code reader, no codes.
well the problem is age not mileage so I would check all the rubbers make sure none of the brake Wheels have leaks on them will take off the tires and look to see if the brakes are leaking anywhere check the radiator hoses for cracks and replace them if they're cracked check the tires to dry rot all that kind of stuff and then pray things like your engine seals and transmission seals do not leak
