Sir I am interested in a 2005 cadillac sts limited 144,000 miles clean, with v6 3.7litre engine for 4 thousand negotiable. What do you say should I buy it. I also found a cadillac cts base 3.6 v6 105k miles for 5200. In addition I found a 2005 cadillac deville 74000 miles v8 for 5 000 bucks. I am very interested in your opinion and any information and council would be greatly appreciated. Also if you have any suggestions of a good reliable, affordable car that is most inportantly a safe car if you have a baby in the backseat please give me your opinion thank you. I'm sure Scotty can give you details but I know people who own Cadillacs of that age and the timing chains on those 3.6 engines are a real weak point. They are particularly susceptible to dirty oil or low oil level. Overall quality on those cars is not very good.
