If you were the head of a police agency in a rural community of southeast Ohio what full size pickup truck would you purchase for your officers?

What are your officers going to do with it? Any towing/hauling? Does they need to be fitted with additional equipment? You may wish to approach all eligible vendors first with a request for proposal. I'm sure budget will be a consideration.
