Hello, my 2005 Toyota Camry has a rough acceleration after a complete stop. Would cleaning the MAF sensor help? Also, when I cold start it, the blower motor makes a rumbling noise for about 30 seconds and goes away. What would be the cause of this? Thanks!

It might, but you on a 19-year-old car you should also be looking at filters and spark plugs if they have not been replaced in recent years. Checking fuel pressure would not be a bad idea as well. Scotty does recommend cleaning both the MAF sensor and throttle body to improve performance, using the appropriate cleaner for each.

Your blower motor is wearing out and needs to be replaced. A commonly-needed repair on old cars. Fortunately it appears on that car that dashboard removal is not required.
