2005 dodge magnum 2.7 v6 178,667 miles.
When I turn the AC off it doesn’t go off. When I turn the AC up it either changes the blowing speed of the air from the vents or it turns off. What could it be.

Does it have automatic climate control? Unless you want to spend a fortune diagnosing it with a dealer level scan tool & fixing it, I’d just live with it. The important thing is the AC is stuck ON & not off.
If you have to know what’s going on, find a guy with a fancy scan tool to diagnose the HVAC system -
