my friend has a 2005 Dodge Ram Pickup 2500 diesel and it squeeks when he turns it off and during one time on cold starts it in the summertime it would be hard to crank over it had to be on a tripple charger evrry night so he got a new battrie and altanotor and it kinda stills do it can you help him?

Change the serpentine belt and check the tensioner.
