I have a 2005 ford freestar minivan and I was wondering how hard it would be to put a 4.6 liter or a 5.0 liter engine in it...any help is appreciated

It would be more work and more money than it would be worth doing. Just the honest answer. I do performance conversions for a living. Don't chase that rabbit man.
