I have a 2005 ford freestar mini van with 195,000 miles on it....It has a slight lifter peck...is that ok...does it effect motor

If it runs okay off and you can drive them years that way if they really get bad you will get misfire codes

That's pretty normal for those vans at that mileage. Mines been like that for years.
