Zero percent chance that car makes it another 5 years on daily duty.
The V6 was reliable, but over 200k miles it is coming up on needing a rebuild.
I would pass if you want long term usage out of it, unless you are willing to spend more than the car is worth on replacement parts.
I would avoid and get a used camry if you want it to last 5 years.
