Is it worth doing a super flush to get the dirty coolant out and add new coolant? Chrisfix did a video on how to do a super flush.
You can if it's a really corroded system normally just draining flushing with water and then refilling is fine
as usual it depends. you just have to use your brain a bit.
Was the coolant always replaced on time and looks pretty clean? then no it's a waste of time.
Was the coolant neglected and now there's chunks of who knows what floating around in it? ... Of course. Clean it all out.
I didn’t know a coolant flush is called a super flush now. What’s the difference?
Well, it’s not necessarily called a super flush now, but a super flush is when you remove old coolant outta the radiator, heater core and such, and then add new coolant.
