- my gmc envoy is throwing a code to check gages and the temp gage is not working the rpm will drop or idle up and act like it wants to dies and will act like it doesn’t want to accelerate when the rpm messes up it happens after I drive 20 miles what would you recommend me doing to fix the issue and could it be the thermostat or the throttle body control or something else

Well I could actually be quite a few different things but I would start by fixing the obvious thing. I would fix the temperature gauge because that could be feeding back and causing all the other problems
