Seems to happen cold or hot. i.e After gas station stop or first thing in the morning. 2nd crank always fires right up.
67000 miles, great maintenance history.
Runs great otherwise. Cleaned MAF, ran fuel injector cleaner, new air filter.

Check your gas cap for a bad seal.
Just replaced that last week as i was getting P0442 code! I'll monitor it more closely now to see if it fades.. but it did do it to me yesterday. Thanks!
