Hi I'm looking at a toyota matrix xrs 2003, it's supposed to use premium fuel, but the previous own admitted he put regular fuel in it most of the time, should I be concerned? Might it have damaged something or atleast got the damage process started

It hurts nothing that Angie runs fine on normal gas
