Scotty, What do you think of a 2005 Mercury Mountaineer that according to the owner has possible timing chain issues? AWD 4.0L V6 140,000 miles, I can get it very cheap. Money pit?

If you like doing timing chains go for it. Personally I don't like buying problems.
