I was going down the road on the highway and my truck just cut off by itself shut down so I come to a stop wait a few seconds try to start it up and it only clicks nothing nothing else just a click what do you think this might be?

Sounds like your alternator probably died o would see if it starts with a jump start and your battery and brake lights will probably be on
