Hey Scotty I have a 2005 Nissan Sentra I changed the cabin air filter and engine air filter and it did increase my mpg from 18/22 but now that I drive all highway I’m only getting 24.6 only driving around 70/80 most at a 60. What can I do to improve the gas mileage

Check your spark plugs that could be one or get someone to clean your injectors that can also be an issue since the car is older. But 22 MPG isn't all that bad but your right it can be better.
