Ok so my car has 166000 miles. I went to turn on this morning and it idles at 2000. Is this bad or good

In cold temperature, it is normal. Did the rpm go down?
Yeahh it goes down after like 5 minutes but it idles at 2000 after i drive it get back to normal.
That's normal, although 5 min is a bit long.
